Terms

  1. All views and opinions expressed on products are for guidance only.
  2. All prices stated were correct at the time of the last update.  We reserve the right to update prices prior to the order being accepted and dispatched.
  3. Any price charges will be notified before the customer purchases and goods are dispatched.
  4. All prices on all products exclude delivery, unless otherwise stated.
  5. The colours and materials of products may vary from those shown on our Website due to different production runs.
  6. We endeavour to stock every product on our Website, but on occasions items may become unavailable.
  7. Customer will be notified on availability of products, prior to the order being accepted.
  8. All trailer tent prices are subject to an “Ex-Works Delivery Charge” which must be notified to the customer prior to the order being accepted and will be charged accordingly.
  9. Any Gas Appliances sold will be sold without the gas cylinders in order to prevent any Health and Safety risks to the customer.
  10. All prices shown include VAT at 20%.
  11. Credit Card orders can only be sent to the address of the named Cardholder.  Proof of identity and address may be required.
  12. This site is designed for viewing by UK residents only.  Anyone wishing to purchase goods outside of this can do so, but the customer would be liable for all carriage costs and freight lost.  All payments other than Credit Card must be in UK Sterling.
  13. S.K. Camping reserves the right to refuse any orders at its discretion.
  14. In the unlikely event of goods needing to be returned to us, we are liable for the uplift of the goods.
  15. S.K.Camping cannot accept returns back to us that are not clean or dry as this may levy a cleaning charge if found to be not faulty.
  16. We will endeavour to contact every customer by phone to organise a good day to attempt delivery as every order requires a signature on delivery, we will do this by phone. Goods will normally be dispatched to the customer within 2-5 days, but in exceptional circumstances please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  All delivery times are approximate only.
  17. We are open all year round with a Large Accessory Supermarket and Large Outdoor Display (April – September)
